RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We at Preeminence are committed to provide you the best of our services and products for your satisfaction and focus on building a strong and long-term relationship with you.
RETURN PROCESS
2. In the event you desire to return a product for a valid reason you must mail us at info@preeminentbrands.net mentioning your order ID in the subject section within fourteen (14) days from receiving the product.
3. After verifying your email for the return eligibility, a paid return label will be issued to your email. The process after receiving the paid return label is as follows:
a. The paid return label must be placed on the packing box after removing the previous label.
b. The same packing box or another box may be used to send back the order.
c. The original box of the product must not be changed.
d. Drop the package at your local post office.
4. The returned product must be sealed in the original product packaging and the same condition as it was received; any opened, used, or tempered products will not be eligible for the return.
5. The refund amount will be subject to twenty (20) percent re-stocking fees.
6. After receiving your product our representatives will inspect it and refund will be confirmed after their satisfaction.
7. No exchange will be provided on any product.
8. Any orders sent back to us for return without raising a refund request at our email will not be eligible for a refund.
APPLICABLE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR RETURNS
9. OUR MISTAKE: If any wrong order is being sent to you due to our mistake you may contact us at info@preeminentbrands.net within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order with the images of the wrong product delivered to you, we will try to re-ship the order within two (2) days.
10. MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT: Any item with manufacturer’s defect will be returned /replaced within two (2) days of receiving the product by us; you may contact us at our email provided above within fourteen (14) Days.
11. DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING: In the event, you receive a damaged product please make sure to contact us as soon as possible to initiate a damage claim. You must mail us the relevant pictures of the damaged product. Only the product package damage will not be considered as the damaged or defective product for initiating a damage claim.
NO REPLACEMENT /REFUND GUARANTEE ON ANY PRODUCT12. We do not provide a guarantee to Replace/Refund a product due to the limited product inventory in stock with us. If the same product is not available we will issue a refund to you.
